Remy Wines Takes Concrete Action in Dayton

Remy Drabkin decided she would be a winemaker when she was eight years old. She’s been a constant blur of motion ever since. In addition to community service and 16 years of making wine for her Remy and Three Wives labels, she is about to own the world’s first winery built with carbon neutral concrete. Remy Wines is known for: making a beautiful example of Lagrein, a red wine grape variety native to northern Italy. While Lagrein is Drabkin’s calling card, her takes on Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo and Sangiovese are equally compelling. Remy Wines is also well known for lending its progressive voice to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion in all facets of Willamette Valley life, from schools to winery tasting rooms.
