2023 Remy Wines Jubilee Dolcetto (New Release)
Shows vivid ruby color with aromas of dark cherry, amareno, and cedar spice accented by chocolate notes. The palate brings flavors of blueberry and lemon zest with a touch of nutmeg. Dry, finely structured tannins frame the wine, finishing with a whisper of maple and mineral freshness. A rare Oregon expression of Dolcetto, this vintage is both plush and precise. 100% Dolcetto from Jubilee Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills, barrel aged 19 months. 13% ABV. 195 cases produced.

The 2022 Black Heart sparkles with a golden hue. The nose offers notes of brioche, fresh pear, green apple, and lemon zest with a lift of honeysuckle. On the palate, a fine mousse and bright acidity deliver crisp flavors of orchard fruit with a mineral core and a long, clean finish. Made from estate-grown Pinot Noir with 12% Chardonnay. 13.67% ABV. 2025 Remy Wines Aurora Arneis
The Remy Wines Arneis opens with vibrant aromas of guava, pineapple, and cantaloupe, with a lively kick of ginger and white pepper. On the palate, tropical fruit flavors are fleshy and ripe, with bright acidity balanced by notes of green apple peel and lemon pepper. Full-bodied and rich, it finishes with a warm, lingering spice. Our only Italian white, this wine is 100% Aurora Vineyard Arneis. 13.6% ABV. 133 cases produced.
