2022 Jules Estate Pinot Noir (New Release)
This vintage of Jules opens with aromas of meaty notes, cherry, red berries, cedar, vanilla, tamarind, and a hint of sagebrush. On the palate, fruit-forward flavors of cherry and red apple are complemented by oak and cedar, with dry prune notes adding structure. Medium-bodied with balanced acidity and smooth tannins, it finishes clean and long. 100% Estate Pinot Noir. 11.8% ABV. 100 cases produced.
2022 Gold Star “Super Tuscan” (New Release)
Our Gold Star “Super Tuscan” starts strong with a rich bouquet of caramel then clay, white pepper, pine, cedar, and raspberry. The palate is restrained, with orange and mandarin citrus notes, complemented by raspberry preserve, fennel and cassis. Medium-bodied with balanced acidity and structured tannins, finishing clean and persistent. A blend of 57% Sangiovese, 37% Lagrein, and 7% Carmenere. 13.7% ABV. 175 cases produced.
2021 Estate Lagrein
Our Lagrein is barrel aged for two years and bottle aged an additional year before release, the impact is a complex wine that opens with earthy and herbal aromas, accented by notes of violet and black licorice. The palate leans into black cherry and dark, chewy tannins, evolving into subtle layers of vanilla and caramel. The mouthfeel is smooth and generous, finishing long, grounded, and quietly powerful. 100% Estate Lagrein. Barrel aged 24 months, bottle aged 12 months before release. 11.25% ABV.
2022 Nebbiolo
Remy’s 2022 Nebbiolo opens with aromas of tobacco, dried roses, cedarwood, and ripe red fruit. On the palate, flavors of strawberry, pomegranate, and vanilla are layered with bright acidity and subtle earthiness. Medium-bodied with structured tannins, it finishes with white pepper, tobacco, and a hint of orange zest. Sourced from Rosebud Vineyard, WA. 13.3% ABV. 227 cases produced.
2023 Remy’s Red
Remy’s Red opens with bright raspberry and cranberry, accented by a touch of cinnamon and subtle floral notes. A hint of orange adds depth, while lively acidity keeps the palate crisp and balanced. Medium-bodied and versatile, it pairs well with rich meats and savory mushrooms, finishing clean and refreshing. A blend of 37% Pinot Noir, 37% Dolcetto, 21% Lagrein, and 5% Carmenere. 12.5% ABV. 475 cases produced.
2024 POP!
The 2024 POP! is bright and lively, opening with a botanical nose and aromas of green apple and fresh grape. On the palate, juicy flavors of early strawberry and a hint of stone fruit are lifted by a key lime twist, creating vibrant tension.
