2021 Jules Pinot Noir:  From our Estate Three Wives Vineyard. Cranberry and spice nose, orange-cinnamon, earthy palate, and all those classic high-toned Dundee Hills red fruits with notes of tobacco and black cherry. A creamy, smooth finish. 38% new French oak, predominantly whole cluster, 11 months in barrel.

 

2021 Black Heart Sparkling: Botticelli’s Venus de Milo emerges from the sea: fresh mousse. Notes of nectarines, persimmons mineral and brine of seashells. Touch of preserved lemon, tea roses and cherries.100% Pinot Noir grapes grown at the family Estate Vineyard in the Dundee Hills of the Willamette Valley. Methode Champenoise.

2020 Jubilee Dolcetto: Great nose! Juicy black cherry palate, cherry wood with notes of cedar box and dusty sage minerality on the finish.

Willamette Valley Chardonnay, crisp and bright, pear and honey dew melon on the nose. Nice acid with Meyer lemon, clean minerality on the finish.
