Valentine’s Day Dinner (on February 13th)

Carmen and Remy are collaborating to bring you a lovely Valentine’s experience for two (or in multiples of two for a family Valentine’s dinner) delivered to your door!
Dinner requires minimal assembly and cooking.
Antipasti Platter &
Wolfberger Cremant d’Alsace Brut Rosé
Lay out a selection of meats, cheeses and house made specialties on your favorite cutting board and pop open some bubbles while you nibble and prep the next courses.
Beet Salad Kit
Carmen has prepared all the elements for a delicious beet salad – beets are good for your heart! Simply toss the different elements in a bowl to mix then plate it and serve it up!
This dish will be delicious with the last of the bubbles and a sip of the sangiovese as well.
Pasta with Meatballs &
2018 Kiona Sangiovese
Handmade, fresh pasta just needs you to boil water (always salt the pasta water!). Turn the oven on low to gently reheat cooked meatballs in rich tomato sauce. Toss it all together and grate some parmesan (provided) over the top and devour. You can even throw in the kiss at the end of the noodle.
Pot de creme & 2008 Beneficio
Pour just a snifter full of beneficio and save the rest of the bottle then dig into this lovely chilled chocolate dessert. The dessert comes in glass jars and is ready to serve.

Total cost is $170 includes dinner for two, three bottles of wine & delivery in Yamhill County (outside Yamhill County delivery available). Orders must be placed by February 11th with Hannah. Delivery on Saturday, February 13th between 1 and 4.
